Victor Aenlle was born in Havana, Cuba. Victor immigrated to the United States at the age of eleven. He has been a San Mateo County resident for over 40 years.  Throughout his 27 years in business, he used his strong negotiating skills to advance clients' interests, manage risk, and provide measurable results.  He built his business on the platform of integrity, honesty, and excellence. Victor credits his success in life and his career to the ability to build relationships.

Victor experienced firsthand how law enforcement can influence people's lives, leading him to pursue his passion for public service and become involved with the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office. Victor became a Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office in 2009, went on to become a California Licensed Private Investigator, and founded Aenlle Investigative and Protective Services—an executive protection company specializing in today’s security challenges. Victor is an entrepreneur and strategist by trade but highly faceted with a background in medical training, asset acquisitions, Real Estate holdings, business development, project management, law enforcement, strategic planning, fiscal administration, investigations, and specialized security operations.

Victor returned to school to study at Union Institute & University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Management, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, and Ph.D in Interdisciplinary Studies specializing in Ethical and Creative Leadership.  His academic pursuits focus on improving relations between law enforcement and the public. He has also completed numerous training programs related to public safety. He is a proponent of diversity, inclusion, and the importance of community relations. He is dedicated to the end result of helping people. Victor is passionate about youth outreach and has served on several non-profit boards. He is a past Captain at the Mounted Patrol of San Mateo County and serves as a Sheriff’s Activities League director.
